TWAEA is always committed to exploring international exchanges, forming partnerships and actively creating new collaboration opportunities for international partners. Every year, TWAEA hosts overseas quality assurance organizations and higher education institutes. The collaboration partnerships expand across the world.

So far, TWAEA has signed memorandum of cooperation with Thailand's Office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (ONESQA), Japan University Accreditation Association (JUAA), Russia's Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance and Career Development (AKKORK), Academic Quality Agency for New Zealand Universities (AQA), Education Evaluation Center of Fujian, China, Croatia's Agency for Science and Higher Education (ASHE), Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA), Center for Education Accreditation of Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (CEA VNU-HCM) and Mongolian National Council for Education Accreditation(MNCEA).
